Log File Error - Can anyone clarify?

Unread post by juwi_uk » Sun Aug 12, 2018 10:47 am

Hi experts.

I am getting this ERROR around once a day but at different times in the log file but see no messages or other indication from the UI that there is a problem. The block of chars after the “( VM603 )” part changes every time but otherwise the error text up to that point is always the same.

Any of you guru’s have any idea where to look in the config to fix this as the error doesnt suggest where to start looking(or at least it doesnt to me!)? I’ve tried most of the UI configuration options but maybe in a package setting or something. I’m hoping “vm603” is a clue.

Any ideas guys and gals?

Good spot, didnt think of that. The thread talks about pdf attachments but cant think of anything in Synology that would be sending these but good call anyway that the error “VM..” == virgin media problem!
