Can't log in as admin.

Hello, neighbours and friends...

I've owned a DS-214Play for more than three years now, with no major issues so far. It's updated to the latest version of DSM (At least it was until this issue started a couple of weeks ago)

Since a couple of weeks I can't log in with my admin account. I get a message in spanish that stands: "No está autorizado a usar este servicio", something like "You are not allowed to use this service".

I tried log-in with a regular user, and it logs-in like a charm.

I have deactivated the "admin" account since the very beginning for security purposes.

I have ssh access also deactivated also for security purposes.

I have tried to reboot several times without success.

Any clue on how to grant access agin with my super-user account?

Hi

You have to do a soft reset, this way your Admin account is reset, and you don't loose any data.

For another time create a new admin account, with a different name but with full admin rights, then disable the standard "Admin" account.
