Crashed - Failed to delete backup task

Unread post by Black20VT » Sat Jul 14, 2018 10:12 am

After being unable to find out where the ACD backup was going and therefore unable to increase storage as per this thread, we decided to start again from scratch with a new cloud provider.

That's all backed up successfully, so I wanted to delete the old ACD backups and data at ACD.

Here's the problem, it's reporting 'Crashed - Failed to delete backup task' when I try. On checking the logs, it's due to the lack of space at ACD.

As I can't access the ACD account, anyone any idea how I can delete the backups and the data at ACD?
