Cannot setup new backups

Cannot setup new backups

HI,

It seems like i cannot setup new backups from my installed elephantdrive on my DS110j.
It worked before but now i dont get to the same page as i initially got to when i first installed it.

What is the correct path to be used when setting up a new backup?
is the path /NAME of NAS/volume1/Folder?
