I got all excited when I read about SynoManager. I've been looking for RSS subscription capability in my CS407e for a while. Am I correct that RSS was included but has been removed? If so, is there any chance it will be put back in?

BTW, I was very impressed when I found I was able to connect to my Syno from outside my home network, using https. This is a very neat capability.

My appologies. I found the RSS Plugin 'issue' on http://synomanager.codeplex.com. Hope Flard has the time to get around to it.

Great work!

I hope we can get one place for all those great solutions so that we don't have to search as hard for them.

Please syn!

Hi Mate,

Fantastic program that you have created. I find it much more powerful than the bundled software.

A great feature to add would be a Vista Sidebar Gadget. I was using morrent (http://gadget.morrent.com/) when i had a server running Utorrent but there is no equilvant for synologys download station.

Just my 1c worth :D

This can get to be a great program, but it crashes a lot for me.
If I go to the menu -Synomanager -> preference it crashes
If I dubbel click an file or right click and choose properties it crashes
If I click "Open Download folder" it crashes

But it's a good start of something that will become...

Did somebody successfully get installed this tool under Windows 7? I tried different things, but nothing happens if I try.

SO is this software now dead and not working with the 959 firmware, or does it work for anyone?

I gave up on it because it crashed a lot for me - coming out of hibernation and other things. I never had time to play with the source, so... I just do it manually.

Just tried your program. It crashes upon opening!
I'm using Windows 7 x64. Are you going to update the program for DSM3.0/Windows 7 x64?

Thank you
