Rate speed wifi problem copy RT1900 - Asus AC88

Hello everyone,

I post here for have just more idea about resolve my problem or maybe solution

So at first i give you info about my config

Win10 : 1709

Routeur : RT1900 Ac SRM 1.1.6-6931

Wifi card : Asus PCE-AC88 AC3100 Version 2017/07/05 ( Latest driver )

Nas D218play DSM 6.1.4-15217 Update 5 with Seagate ST2000DM006

The problem:

It is wifi stability débitrate change only when copy something.

Before copy everything look perfect : Connection 1300 Mbps or 1100 Mbps

So let show you 2 screens-shot and 1 little video.

So for me stay 3 way

Win 10 problem or driver Asus AC88

Or maybee something in Rt1900 Ac change rate of speed

But without RX,TX and BER analysis, i can t do more.

1300 is the maximum possible speed.
From the video you uploaded, I can see that you get only ~50MB/s all the time when copying the file. This is around 400Mb/s, so still less than Windows shows as maximum. I wouldn't worry that much about what Windows shows, as long as you get good copying speeds.
You can try to change settings of 5GHz WiFi, for example setting channel to ~100 and see if you get better speeds.
