Synology.com not resolving (but only on the router itself)

Hello,

I have this strange issue, I cannot ping or connect to synology.com from the router, but connection works fine from wireless clients.

How do you wanna 'connect' from your router to synology.com? Ping traffic not responding from any device is nothing strange. A lot of domain don't allow to be pinged but that doesn't mean that they are not reachable.

So the question remains... whats your real problem here and what are you trying to exactly?
