OneDrive for Business Multiple Users Failing

When setting up Cloud Sync, I am able to add OneDrive for Business and it syncs fine. When I try to configure another account for a second user, it fails with a "Unknown error has occurred". When another admin tried to set up a OneDrive for Business account, they got the same error. It seems we can only configure one account...

We have tried multiple browsers, different computers, but get the same error for the second account that tries to be created.
