Can't connect to Cloud Station

Hello,

I've set up Cloud Station (PC) and DS Cloud for iPhone. It worked fine. A few days ago I tried to connect from my phone and I couldn't connect. I've tried everything I know but it doesn't work.

Is there something I don't know?

More info required. Have you updated the Cloud Station package recently? Does it update automatically? Have you rebooted recently? What specifically have you tried to fix this? Have you tried to to set up the connection again? Have you stopped and started Cloud Station (in Package Manager)? What message if any do you get when it doesn't connect?

1) I stop Cloud Station Server and run again
2) I reinstall CSS

From PC and from the DS Cloud app I'm getting similar message: Error. Check your network settings.

I can open CSS, but if I click on a Client LIst or Settings/Other i get: Unknown Error. Please try later.

What I haven't tried yet is to reboot NAS.

OK, it sounds like more of a network issue. Try rebooting the NAS anyway, but carefully check all of you network settings. Have you changed anything recently to do with your network?

Hmm,

If I go to Control Panel/Info/Services and test Cloud Station Server it says Internet accessible. A month ago I have changed the wifi router.

I assume you have set up port forwarding for port 6690 on your new wi-fi router?

Synology Support fixed it. It was something wrong with database. Either because of improper shutdown or mistake during upgrade/update. Thank you anyway.
