Which version of netatalk is in DSM 4.2?

Given performance increases, I've a feeling it might be 3.0.1 - which could bode well for time machine problems being fixed too.

afpd -v returns: afpd 2.2.3 - Apple Filing Protocol (AFP) daemon of Netatalk

So I guess its not the new netatalk.

I've updated my DS-213+ and I'm sad to say that the problems are still there... for the life of me I cannot figure out why alternatively I get either a message saying that the "image is already in use" or that It cannot finish the backup because of some unexpected error..
I should say that I'm running OS X Mountain lion on a 15" retina macbook pro... I just don't see what's going on...
