WordPress UCC/SAN SSL Certificate?

Unread post by RavenManiac » Tue Nov 21, 2017 2:03 am

I just purchased a UCC/SAN SSL Certificate and I'm in the process of converting several client websites over to HTTPS. I currently have a two server setup. My DSM 1512+, which I use for website development and the live server, which is hosted remotely. The live server has the professional UCC/SAN SSL certificate. The Synology simply has a self-signed SSL certificate.

The problem I'm having is I can't login to my WordPress dashboard after I install the SSL Certificate on the DSM. Well, I can, but in order to do so I have to go into the WordPress database and change the siteurl and home fields in wp_options from https://... to http://... I then need to access the http:// version of the website. And since I use WP Migrate DB Pro to keep both copies in sync, this is becoming very annoying.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks!
