The most probably cause is that you already have a \opt folder on nas perhaps due to some other package.
The VB package is installed in the @appstore folder in one of your volumes. But then it installs the hypervisor in the \opt\virtualbox folder. If the \opt is physically in your hidden DSM partition, which is only 2GB in size, it may happen, specially if also the VM are then placed under the \opt folder.
Have a look if you already have an \opt folder before installing the virtualbox package. If you have it the easiest way to resolve is to install this package
before it. Chose etaware, first synology path then entware and mount for virtualbox during the setup.
