Hacking attempts on my Synology?

Postby refinedmusic » Fri Nov 16, 2012 11:50 pm

Hi all. I have a DS411j and I really really love my Synology product, the DSM and all the extensions you can install to it. Last night I installed ownCloud and had to turn on the web server part, now I'm getting quite regular "IP address [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] of YOURNAS had 5 failed login attempts within 5 minutes, and has been blocked at Fri Nov 16 04:25:54 2012." is this something to worry about and how can I make sure my NAS is protected?

I tried searching the forum but it says try again later (have done all day).
