DS414j won't start my new drive

DS414j won't start my new drive

Hi,
My DS414j won't start my new WD red 10TB drive that I got today.
When I boot the DS the drive tries to boot but it won't start. After awhile the DS starts the next drive and continues on without the new drive and starts up all the way and i can't see the new 10TB drive.
I have 3x6TB WD red in it also.
