1-for-1 synchronized folders on two diskstations?

Best way to have 1-for-1 folders on two diskstations?

I have 2 diskstations. Both are on the same network segment. I had a diskstation main board fail a year or so ago. I do not have identical models, which would let me swap the drives from one to the other (looking at that, though).

So, meanwhile, what is the best way to have two shared folders on 2 diskstations, preferably with the same share names? I'm not looking for live synchronization. as the app we use (tax software) writes to the file each/every time the user makes a change in a field. Syncing nightly after they've gone home and so are not making changes would be preferable.

Looking to reduce downtime the next time a diskstation mainboard fails, as I could swap shared folder connections over very quickly.

Thanks very much for your input!

Shared Folder Sync. Its a 1-way sync, schedulable.
