CloudStation Backup "cannot backup ..."

CloudStation Backup "cannot backup ..."

Hey -

Running a rackstation and it's been running perfectly. I've done dozens of installs without a hitch until today.

A Windows 10 workstation; trying to install Cloud Station Backup; I authenticate and get to perform local file selections; after a long pause, it returns and says "Cannot back up ... path".

It returns to the main UI and says Paused.

I select settings and try to select just one folder from root. Long pause. Same problem.

Anyone know what's going on here?
