Back up from desktop

Postby chris9486 » Mon Aug 28, 2017 7:43 pm

Hi,

I need help with my NAS drive running DSM 6.1.3.

I have installed the drive and updated the software as prompted. I now want to sync/backup a folder on my PC with the NAS drive - which will then send this to my amazon drive. I have followed the guide on the DSM help and on the synology website.

I have installed cloud station server, cloud sync and hyper backup on my NAS. I have installed cloud station backup on my PC. When following the guide it stops me and say "no shared folder available for backup".

I really can't work out what I am doing wrong. Can someone guide me, or at least point me to an idiots guide.

Thanks.
