Route specific ports after mounting VPN

Postby griffon » Sun Jan 10, 2010 2:38 pm

I followed ray's tutorial on how to install openvpn on my syno :
http://blog.deadcode.net/2009/05/19/synology-ds207-usage-series-7-setup-openvpn-server-routed-mode-on-ds207-windows-openvpn-client-and-ds101j-openvpn-client/

I managed to install openvpn on my DS107+ and can connect to a vpn service. It is working very well.
The following command is launched with the vpn conection:

Code: Select all

echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

One last problem though, since the tunnel is mounted, my syno is not reachable from outside my local network. I would like to route the ports 80 and 21 from and to my internet router (eth0), not to the vpn tunnel (tun0).

What command should I use? iptables? route ?

Thank you for any help.
