Roundcube slow

Postby digma » Wed Aug 30, 2017 5:41 pm

Hello,

i used Gmail before and when i clicked on an email the content was displayed instantly. I want to try Mail Station with Roundcube but when i click on an email it takes about 1-2 seconds until the email content is displayed. Is this delay normal or are there some performance settings which i can change?

regards
Chris

What NAS model? Weak or busy NAS do everything slower. If this happen on fast NAS (XS) then is this on same network or over WAN?

sincarne asks good questions, and i would add: are the disks on the Synology set to hibernate when not in use for a while? If so, the spin-up time could certainly delay mailstation's initial response.
