Can't login after many retries

One of my user had try to authenticate on mailstation (roundcube on DS1815+) with an error in his password ... and now roundcube says something like " too many authenticate failure , retrie later" but even after a day he cannot login ...
I tried to disable Synology lock in Security part , or reset the password to something , etc .. but with no success .

1- How can I fore an renable of the account ?
2- How can I configure a less time to have authenticate process automatically enable again ? (10 min for example)

Thanks for help because with no mail .... it is difficult to work :roll:
