So how do we log a ticket to say that the new support ticket system isn't working?

With an error message as useful as the hyperbackup one I was trying to log an error about (an error has occurred) submitting the ticket trough the new account support center gives 'oops there was an error try again later'

I also tried to log a ticket, its kept failing at the "product" pull-down option - there was nothing in it.

I have no problem creating a support ticket via account.synology.com. Just did a test, works perfectly.

I've had the same problem using both Chrome and Chrome Canary.
It worked using Firefox, IIRC.
