How to upload folder instead of files

Postby naaduve » Thu Feb 16, 2017 8:14 pm

All, Is there a way to setup a folder in my NAS so that my friend can drag & drop or upload his entire folder to my NAS folder instead of individual files? I know there is a way to create a file request link where he can only upload files and not the folders. I can create a shared folder and user account for my friend to share his folders but I don't like the idea of someone else logging into my NAS. Is there any solution other than this which some what similar to the file request links? Thanks

Any one ? Also If I use the file station for this purpose is there any way I can disable the "Action" ,"Tools" & "Settings" buttons on the File Station ? I don't see a way to do this in the user account setup. Thanks
