Duplicated Torrent File error at 100%

I was downloading some files. When the job completed, the disk is full and can't save to the drive . After I free up the space, download station said it is a Duplicated Torrent File in the status section and refused to save to disk. The only option I have is to Remove the torrent and lost the file.
I try to change the destination, doesn't work.

Any one can help?
