Data Replicator not working prpoperly, we lost some data

We are using DR to regularly backup files (every day in the night) from our server to SynologyStation 107.
We use multiple restore points option to be able to go X-days back in case we will need an old version of a file.

BUT: we found that some files in a newest folder are OLD = that the newest version is not backed up. We found it on DR2, therefore we reinstalled DR to version3. Unfortunately we still found such files which are not up-dated.

Example: I found that only old version of our database is backed up in last 4 days (version from 8.6.2009) although the actual version on the computer is from 12.6.2009.
To check it now I changed two text files and run Immediate backup (cca 20GB, cca 20000 files in all backed-up directories). The two files were backed to the actual (changed) version but the database in can see in the latest backup is old one - not the same as at the present in the computer.
There is plenty of such files which are not backed up to the last version.
Reminder: the files are not locked by other process.

We already lost some files because the latest were not stored in the latest backup.

Can you give me an answer how to check it and solve the problem?

I think this issue can hardly be solved in the forum (but it doesnt mean that it should not be published here).

Please contact Synology support, they will help you.

And please report back where the problem was.

To report back - It was recommended to upgrade firmware (?) to the latest version. Since then, I didn't find any problem.
