Trouble Accessing FTP

I have having some serious difficulties getting FTP to work. I am using dyndns.org to create a domain. I have forwarded all the FTP ports to the static IP of my DS 209+II. I have ATT Uverse connected to an Apple Time Capsule. The website I am hosting is accessible. fdeross.homeftp.org When I try and connect using Filezilla I get. I think I have it set up correctly, but I cant get it to work.

Status: Resolving address of fdeross.homeftp.org
Status: Connecting to xx.xxx.xx.xx:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection closed by server
Error: Could not connect to server

Yes. I just get a blank page when I try and access it though firefox like in the wiki.

I can log in using the local IP address.

The usual after fw-0959: use Core FTP Lite or Classic FTP instead of FileZilla!
When I try to connect to your address, it evaluates to an real IP-Address, but of course I can't get longer !

If you can get there with a local address but not the public IP, then the problem is probably your firewall. Check their support site for help on passing ftp.
