Hello there great Synology mates! :)

I recently purchased the Synology "RS-409+" model for my SOHO network. I like to stack up different network appliances on my rack to evaluate how they compare and basically play with them. I do it mostly for the fun of hacking and developing a decent network infrastructure. I also develop / customize rack server hardware on my own sometimes.

I rushed to stack up a Synology model as soon as I learned about the "RS" series. Looking forward to see how they really perform.

I´m currently living (mostly) in always sunny Rio de Janeiro, a southeast coastal city of South America´s largest country, Brazil. Time zone here is [GMT-3] default and [GMT-2] during summer time.

I´ve always loved to play with computers and electronics in general. Other than that, I enjoy being surrounded by beautiful women...
