MP3 to one device, FLAC to another

It would be good to be able to serve 2 different music libraries to different devices. For example, I have all of my music as MP3 and most of it as FLAC as well. I want my PS3 to see the FLAC files as it's on a wired network and it gives the best quality. However, when I'm out and about there isn't sufficient bandwidth to stream FLAC so I want my phone to be served the MP3 files.

If I index them both, then all of the songs/albums etc will be duplicated on each device which I don't want.

Any feature that enabled this would be good.
