Data Replicator 3 - what is it doing?

Postby ParksidePeter » Wed May 16, 2012 5:31 pm

I set up my DS411j yesterday and Data Replicator 3 took about 24 hours to copy some 1Tb of data across in synchronise mode. Now it is 'processing backup' on my local drive. What is this? It's going through the email database at the moment. Why? I suppose the DR3 help might help but I can't access it whilt the program is running and I don't want to stop it in case it's on another 24 hour marathon.
Thanks for any thoughts.

The symptoms you see is because you are in sync mode, switch to back-up to avoid the problems or exclude your mail folders.
Some people spent a lot of time writing the Help files, use them!
