Things are working okay, but as I expected, this upgrade (as do upgrades in general) broke my mods for essential services Synology should support. I had to reapply them from scratch.
SFTP Server (Method 3) (which should be configurable in Control Panel -> DSM Settings -> HTTP Sevice)
SMTP Relay (which
should be configurable in Control Panel -> Mail Server since most residential ISPs require it to relay SMTP)
Secure SMTP on Port 587 (lots of ISPs and businesses block port 25 outbound, and from what I understand, Android mobile devices only submit email via port 587)
These latter two above broke my Mail Server for sending mail.
It did not affect
Redirect Mail Station to HTTPS, but I
think it broke
Redirect Photo Station to HTTPSIt also deleted robots.txt I've added in the area upgraded:
/usr/syno/synoman - left it
/volume1/@appstore/MailStation/roundcubemail - left it
/volume1/@appstore/PhotoStation/photo - deleted it
/volume1/web/[virtual websites] - left it
Otherwise, no apparent problems.
