Photo Station Tab in options (noob here)

OK Guys, I am trying to setup photo station. The instructions (link below this line), says that

I need to install photo station which I did then click the shadowy figure and click on options then click on the photo station tab. I am logged in as admin but I see the options window grey out and show the photo station tab then when it finally activiates the photo station tab disappears.


What am I doing wrong guys. Help a fellow NASser out!
