Hotspot Bridge

It tooks ages to get the hotspot up and working (thanks CS for the help!) And I find it mostly useful for just surfing on the net, but I am having a hard time actually replacing my old wireless device because there is no bridging option - so all the services on my wired network that use broadcast UDP packets are invisible to the wireless devices using the NAS hotspot. I can't control SONOS, I can't see the computers on my LAN, etc. It seems so trivial to add a bridge or pass through option.

Anyone with better networking skills than I know how I could add a route from the LAN network to send UDP packets to the Hotspot network?
