Dear all,

I am running DSM 4.0-2219 on a DS110j. About a few weeks ago, Download Station stopped downloading any files selected from Search Results. I verified I can download the same files from BitTorrent running on my Windows PC.

Everything I initiate a download task (by clicking Download Immediately), there is nothing shown in "Downloading" tab.

Please help! I hope to fix this problem without wiping my Diskstation. It's been working for many years.

Hi,

some time ago I had this problems (firmware 3.1). The cause was becasue Download Station has lost the configuration of the folders where to put the downloads. Could you look at that.

Hi, I checked the download folder. It's the same one I always used and it's still a valid folder.

OK, but is it specified in the configuration of Donwload Station? I had this problem, everything was OK but it dissapeared of the configuration.

If it's, I'm sorry to say I can't give you any other clue.

Does Synlogy tech support answer questions like this in the forum? Or should I call/email them?
