Fail to recognize printer thru' USB connection

My DS411+II fail to recognize my EPSON EPL-6200L printer thru' USB connection after the upgrade. Please help.

I have a similar problem with my DS1010+
I had originally thought my printer had died, but I have connected it up to my old DS106e (FM 3.1 1613) and it works perfectly, so something is broken with FW 4.0 2198 on my DS1010+

DS-1010+ FW 4.2 3202 - SHR - 5 x Seagate ST31000528AS 1TB hard drives (using 3 drives at the moment to save on power)
DS-209+II FW 4.2 3202 - Raid 0 - 2 x Western Digital WD7500AAKS 750GB hard drives (on modification shared folder sync (mirroring) from DS-1010+)
DS-207+ FW 3.1 1632 - Raid 0 - 2 x Western Digital WD7500AAKS 750GB hard drives (now passed on to my son in University)
DS-106e FW 3.1 1613 - No longer used, but still sitting on my shelf
DS-209+II FW 4.2 3202 - Raid 0 - 2 x Western Digital WD7500AAKS 750GB hard drives (on modification shared folder sync (mirroring) from DS-1010+)
DS-207+ FW 3.1 1632 - Raid 0 - 2 x Western Digital WD7500AAKS 750GB hard drives (now passed on to my son in University)
DS-106e FW 3.1 1613 - No longer used, but still sitting on my shelf

Similar problem here.
I can get it to work by unplugging the printer, restart the NAS then plug it in again..
Opened a Ticket for this.

Same here, can't print anymore after upgrade to 4.0, it didn't recognize my Epson printer but previous 3.2 work perfectly!

Did anyone get a reply to their ticket from Synology about this
