Can't unlock files in OS X

Hi there

There seems to be a big problem with Synology and OS X. A lot of files getting locked (e.g. Word, HTML/Dreamweaver) and can't be unlocked by Mac computers (but Windows).

Is there any knowen workaround? How can I fix this?

I don't have an answer, but could you list the steps taken to arrive at this problem? Files originally created by Mac's? PC's? Files subsequently opened by one or the other?

Are the files in question on a share that you have read/write privileges on?
