Dead DS409+

Postby censor » Sun Mar 25, 2012 5:52 pm

I push the power button, and nothing happens. Thats the sad short version.

My unit was last updated in oct last year, 3.2 DSM I think. Kinda hard to check now :-)

Is there somewhere I could find a troubleshooting guide for tjis, and is this acommon problem?

Hi

Sounds like the power supply is dead, I would contact Synology to hear about a new one.

Hi

It's just on the back of my DS 209+ II the serial number is written on a small label, so I thought that the same was for the DS 409+

When you find it, it may be convenient to register it on MyDS page
