BUG!? level 3 depth subalbum: photos deleted when moving

I'm in the process of migrating my iPhoto library to a Photostation 5 library.

I encountered a very troublesome limitation or bug?!
Everything works fine with sub albums created on level 1 and 2. But when I created a sub album on level 3 things started to go wrong.

With levels I mean the following (breadcrumb structure in photostation):

Home >> Sub Album level 1 >> Sub Album level 2 >> Sub Album level 3

Creating level 3 sub albums is no problem. But not all functionality is available anymore from the "more" drop down menu. "Sync with facebook" is gone and "album info and privacy" is gone.

But much worse!!! If you want to MOVE a photo from another folder within Photostation to a level 3 sub album the photos disappear in the great wide open!!! They are not moved into the sub album folder, but still are deleted from the originating folder... Copying photos to a level 3 sub album seems to be working just fine.

I can imagine that the amount of sub album level may be a limitation. But the deletion of the photos is a major bug!!!

Any one can reproduce this?

That's the bug I can confirm. BTW I found those photos aren't deleted but moved to root folder of /photos.

I can also confirm this is happening after the update.

I have been in contact with Synology about this. They are willing to further investigate but need to log into my machine. I'm not going to do that. The machine is fully operational with private files.

I don't see the files end up in the photos root folder at all. When I re-index though, the thumbnails show up in a new "uncategorised" album. However these are just the thumbnails and not the actual photos, because clicking on them doesn't do anything.
