For my new squeeze box touch I need to update but every update file I download is considered to be inkompatible ...i can´t ansk for support neither as i am told that the formula has not been filled out completely which it has .....
HELP ?!?!

As most recent FW DSM 4.0 requires at least DSM 3.0, you have to perform 2 steps: first update to DSM 3.2, then to DSM 4.0, AFAIK both FW files on Synology servers should be ok.

However - I installed the first update and the synolgy started blinking orange and beeping ....I rebooted it and it remains the same. I can acess the station from my computer, nor delete anything and the beeping and blinking won´t stop ....
