backup task not work since upgrade to 4.0

Hello,
I've two nas , one is a 2211 and other is a 212 where there is a backup task from 2211 to 212. Since i upgrade the both to dsm4.0, the backup task doesnt work and it's not possible to create one. After a long time, i have a strange message :

Error: Failed to connect to the destination server. Please check the following and try again:<ol><li>The server name or IP is correct.</li><li>The "Network Backup" service has been enabled on the destination server (at "Main Menu" > "Control Panel" > "Network Backup").</li></ol>

I'v tried to change backup server in rsync mode and create a task in rsync mode but it's same.
Is anybody have same result ?

Update the FW to version 2198

hello,
both the 2211+ and the 212+ have 4.0 2198 DSM version. there is many error in /var/log/message ( i cant put a screen copy in this reply) about netbkp_rsync_execv, backup.cgi and backup.cpp

This problem occur from RS2211 to DS212 and from DS212 to RS2211.

any idea ?
