Problem with Media Manager

I have just purchased a disk station 2 and trying to setup the multimedia manager for DLNA streaming.

I have tried all the settings available including manual and automatic, but it just says 'indexing' and then goes back to the original screen with the media management box UNTICKED and if you tick again it just keeps going through this process.

As i said, i am very new to this, but cant see what i am doing wrong...
