Data Replicator

Hi, yep i'm a nooby.
Having followed all instructions for installation, i'm now trying to back-up my music and films etc. The data Replicator just will not work for me, it keeps telling me ''Authentification Failed''. This is especially annoying as i can upload files individually using the File Manager.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
