I have a DS 209 running DSM 4.0 2166 and when I try to access pictures from my HTC EVO it crahes saying,
"the application ds photo+ (process com.synology.dsphoto) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again"
I can see my home page of folders and pictures, but any folder I click on crashes it. I should mention it worked fine with DSM 3.2 (videos just didn't show up because they were un supported). The web interface works fine - I can access everything with chrome or ie just fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same message.
I can access the menu to change options about quality and it doesn't have an impact. BUT, when I change out of thumbnail it list mode it WORKS (including videos). Looks like a bug with thumbnail mode??? Anyone else have this problem?

Thank you Gromit!
My EVO on various rooted ROMs and the official ROM does the same thing.
Any of the last few versions crash when clicking on an album.
I'm thanking you, because changing to list view at least allows me to be
partially functional until Synology fixes the issue.
