I am looking to create a driver for Control4 home automation integration with SS. Is there a way to direct access the cameras without going through Live View?
For example. http://<SS>:9900/cam1.cgi?resolution=640x480 would directly display camera 1 @ 640x480 in the web browser.

can't you just access the cameras directly then without going through SS ?

I am trying to prevent pulling multiple streams directly from the camera. One stream to SS then monitor the video from SS through Control4 home automation. Pretty common way to do it.

I will also be interested in this thing.
I work with Crestron, AMX, RTI products and it's the same i think. But they accept only MJPEG i think.
