iTunes stream suddenly stopping?

Same problem here, this is annoying. Problem started after installing DSM 3.2 on a windows 7 machine. I tunes works for about 30 minutes then it lost the stream.

Hope synology fix this soon!!!

Unfortunately I also have this problem on 1511+ running Lion. Getting very annoying - hope Synology fix this soon.....its now been over a month and its really annoying. Definitely taking away from a great product for me.

Same issue here with Ds411, Lion 10.7 & iTunes 10.5!
Needs a fix soon as this is one of the reasons why I bought this NAS Box as opposed to building one of my own (central storage of iTunes library for all the computers in the house)

Same problem here with DS211 and DSM3.2.

Tried with several Mac OS and Win 7 clients, from iTunes 10.3.9 to latest 10.5.

Stream stops after 30 minutes.

Same problem here. DS211j with dsm 3.2, stream stops after 30 minutes to either Lion or Snow Leopard running itunes.

Synology support has not responded to my inquiry which is fairly annoying as this feature was one of the main reasons I bought this thing in the the first place (just got it a couple of weeks ago)

Like the others on this post, since installing 3.2-1922, streaming music from the NAS to the Airport Express directly via attached Mac Pro or wirelessly via the PowerBook Pro would cause the stream to stutter at some point and prove impossible to use.

This morning I upgraded my DSM to 3.2-1944, which was released yesterday. I've been streaming from the Mac Pro for the better part of two hours with absolutely no problems! It would appear that the stability we had with DSM 3.1 has returned.

Anyway, just wanted to impart some good news, and I hope you find your experience to be the same.

Upgraded to DSM 3.2-1944 as well and it would appear the 30 minute timeout issue has been fixed. I'd love to complain about it taking so long, but I am happy to have a steady stream of music back!!!!
