I'll second that. I recently purchased a DS411 and did a lot of research into 2TB drives. There isn't a great deal of choice at the price level of the HD204UI. I'm off Western Digital due to problems with idle3 (do a search!), one of my WD drives recently committed hari-kari due to this issue. I was also wary of the HD204UI, due to a firmware bug, however this was fixed in December 2010 - check the manufacture date of your drive when you get it.
In the couple of weeks I've had the HD204UIs they have been fairly well battered, without any issues at all.
They run very quiet and very cool - currently hovering between 24 and 26 degrees.
