WD 2TB drives

Hi All

I just received my 2 bay diskstation and my WD2002FAEX's and was disappointed to find that the HD's are on the non compatible list. The reason listed seems to be that they are supposed to run in temps under 30c which is 85f.
This did not seem like a very compelling reason to return 2 HD's.

Has anyone used these HD's successfully. This 85 degree temp thing sounds overly picky if it refers to the room ambient temp.
