Access to other network drive within DSM ?

Postby AmokK » Tue May 03, 2011 9:50 am

Hi !

I'm wondering if it is possible to copy files stored on the Synology NAS to an other network drive, using File Manager or something in DSM 3.1 ?

Thanks

I must admit, that's what I'm trying to find out too.
Moving and copying files between my pair of Diskstations from File Browser would be fantastic if possible but I can't seem to find out how...there must be a way!!

Same here! I really would like to be able to copy files straight from my synology to another nas/network share without having to go through my pc.
When I try it from Filestation I get a message like 'illegal download method'.

Is it possible? How?

Thanks for any help.

... and I don`t want to use the "sync folder" option. Is there an other option?
