ds211j Memory usage high. Upgrade?

My ds211j is running 40% memory usage while sitting still. Is a memory upgrade possible? My 410s are very low while idle.

Memory is soldered onto the motherboard on all of the DS-211 series.

So unless you preform very well with soldering my answer would be no.

40% doesn't sound like a problem to me. If you are able to run your apps and serve data, then it sounds like you bought the right NAS versus spending too much.

Ditto the above, my 411J runs about 40% memory usage and not had any problems running out of memory as yet, so unless you're going to be running a lot of applications on the DS I don't think you'll have an issue.
