Hi,
I run OSX 10.5.8 and have a DS207 (128MB RAM). I relegated it soon after I bought it in favour of a Time Capsule which has just fried itself and so I am having to re-familiarise myself with the 207.
Am trying to upgrade firmware. Have downloaded synology_ppc824x_207_1157.zip and have expanded it with Stuffit but can't find a .pat file. I can see .syno, .tgz and .bin files. The .tgz file is the largest.
What am I doing wrong?
Regards,
J

Thanks antoiney,
Managed to locate the .pat file but the upgrade was not successful. I was told to perform an intermediate upgrade but synology_88f5281_207+_0959.pat was unsuccessful. I get the impression that I need to a succession of upgrades but am unsure of the steps and the source of each release.
Can you help?

Hi jgulotti,
What's the current firmware version installed on the DiskStation DS207+? Could you help to confirm the exact message that you'd encountered when performing an upgrade of v.959?
Thanks!
Edit: You may download v.959 for the correspondent model in this link here:
