How 2 delete files from root

Postby Splashy » Fri May 04, 2012 12:51 am

I use a 1 hd synology Nas with latest (beta) software, computer is windows 7.

I've 2 problems, while downloading files using sabnzb sometimes I forget to give a folder where to put the file, the Synology puts it in the root of the Nas.
These files are not visible in the Synology filestation.

I use Telnet 192.168.1.15 and I login as admin, I'm in the Nas busybox, now if I do
dir
the only thing I see is something like
drwxr-xr-x 2 admin users
drwxr-xr-x 5 root root

Can somebody tell me how to get in these folders so I can find and delete or move the misplaced downloads? Thes files take space, not much but still. ;-) I find it annoying knowing they're there.
And above all, I don't know how to read my disc.
