USB Enclosure not Hibernating

Hi Guys,

Hopefully someone can help me on here.

I have attached two Vantec CX External 3.5" HDD enclosures to my DS-212+ and neither of them are hibernating after the 20mins I set in the control panel. The enclosures each have 1x 2TB WD Green Drives in them.

I also have a WD Enclosure attached, not sure which one, but this one hibernates fine..

I am not sure what the problem is, maybe someone can help me?

Any help would be fantastic as I dont want to keep having to physically switch them on and off as the Synology is on a Schedule.
